19-401. No statute of limitations for certain felonies. 5-224. Actions for other relief. An action for relief not hereinbefore provided for must be commenced within four (4) years after the cause of action shall have accrued.

5-216. Action on written contract. Within five (5) years: An action upon any contract, obligation or liability founded upon an instrument in writing.
